How much does a custom inground pool cost in Massachusetts?
A turnkey vinyl liner pool with excavation, plumbing, pump and filtration systems, initial deck surround, and code-compliant fencing generally ranges from $60,000 to $150,000+ depending on pool size, grading slopes, retaining walls, and paver selections. Our team provides a fixed quote on your first visit.
How long will construction take in my yard?
Most residential builds take 3 to 6 weeks from ground-breaking excavation to fill day, depending on municipal building department permit turnarounds and patio complexity.
Will there be surprise costs or change orders?
No. The price our team quotes on your kitchen table is the exact price you pay. We don't believe in low-balling contracts and billing for unexpected basics later.
Design & Materials
What brands of pavers and liners do you install?
We build with Cambridge Pavingstones with ArmorTec, Techo-Bloc, and Belgard for hardscaping and coping, and Imperial Vinyl Works and Latham Pools for heavy-gauge custom liners.
Can I customize the shape of my pool?
Yes. In addition to our popular Grecian, Roman End, Kidney, Mountain Lake, and Lagoon templates, we can engineer custom freeform steel wall configurations to match any landscape layout.

Do you open and close pools every season?
Yes. We maintain lifelong relationships with our clients, providing scheduled spring openings, winterizations, and equipment service.
