Transforming a steep backyard elevation drop into a multi-tiered outdoor entertainment paradise with structural Cambridge retaining wall systems.
The Project Story
The Challenge: The backyard dropped 7 feet toward the property boundary with heavy surface water runoff during spring rains. Other contractors quoted high costs for third-party civil grading before they would even quote a pool.
What Oasis Built: Oasis took complete ownership. The Oasis team excavated the slope with our in-house machines, engineered a 5-foot Cambridge Sigma retaining wall with clean stone drainage chimneys, and built a custom 18×36 pool right on the newly leveled terrace.
The Result: The yard gained usable square footage that had been unusable for 20 years. Water is now routed safely away, and the tiered wall doubles as built-in party seating.
